Each isolates a specific part of the audible spectrum, and FullSpectrum gives you the complete range in one file.

Usually not. The TeenHalo band (16-20kHz) is above the hearing range of most adults. It is a fun hidden layer — younger listeners can hear it, but it is invisible to older ears. Works even better as a secret message.
